December 2-6, 2017 – Back down the Potomac to anchor in Breton Bay, then to Norfolk, where we got in too late for Tidewater Yacht Marina and instead anchored in Hampton Flats off Newport News from which we followed the reverse path of our Northern trip earlier in the year through Coinjock (to fill up again with cheap diesel – this time $2.50/gal) and Belhaven to Beaufort Town Docks where Tony Leach would join us for the offshore runs to North Palm Beach.
